My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms weren't thoroughly clean, and I didn't receive housekeeping service before my second night, but I appreciated the little couch area and the nice expanding desk with plenty of storage space. The service was very friendly, and the staff jumped right in to help with any issues, especially regarding the dirty bed sheets. The location was excellent, right off I-10, though a bit noisy. The dining experience was simple but nice, except for the hashbrowns, which need improvement. The hotel facilities were sufficient.
My stay at the hotel was amazing. The rooms were beautiful, really nice, spacious, and clean, with plenty of places to put your suitcases and extras. The breakfast area was above expectations.
The hotel was very modern with good climate control and offered a good breakfast, making for a quiet and peaceful stay. The highlight was the comfortable bed providing a great night's sleep, although the elevator noise was a drawback.
