My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms weren't thoroughly clean, and I didn't receive housekeeping service before my second night, but I appreciated the little couch area and the nice expanding desk with plenty of storage space. The service was very friendly, and the staff jumped right in to help with any issues, especially regarding the dirty bed sheets. The location was excellent, right off I-10, though a bit noisy. The dining experience was simple but nice, except for the hashbrowns, which need improvement. The hotel facilities were sufficient.
